- A complete hardware and software system to connect a MEI Serial Compatible (NISR) bill validator to a PC serial port
- Software DLL for Windows 9x/NT4.0 makes interfacing to a bill validator quick and easy. NISR DLL handles all low-level communications with the bill validator, removing the programmer from the intricate details of the communication protocol. This allows the programmer to focus on application development rather than communications, speeding time to market. Utilizes the industry standard MEI Serial (NISR) communication protocol.
- Allows all bill validator functions to be accessed by your application, including bill validator enable/disable, bill accept/reject, and denomination enable/disable. NISR DLL also supports all bill validator fault codes and is compatible with both C and Visual Basic programming languages.
- The hardware interface board is small, quick to install, and requires no tools. Simply plug the board into the bill validator, connect the cable to the interface board and PC and installation is complete. The interface is powered directly by the bill validator, so no external power supply is needed
- NISR DLL supports MEI AE2600, LE3000, and GL Series bill validators with the MEI Serial protocol. Support for MEI VN2500, LE3000, GL, and CashCode 1100 and HRT models coming soon
- Hardware supports MEI AE2600 and CashCode 1100 UNV and HRT model bill validators, with MEI LE3000/GL styles coming soon
- Kit includes:
