CHECKING YOUR ORDER STATUS
Utilizing the Recent Order Status Button

If you have an order and would like to check the status to see where it stands in processing, you may do this via the "Recent Order Status" button on the e-happ options page.
By default any orders placed within the past 15 days will be brought up regardless of status (open or closed). If you need to see an order from before the past 15 days, simply click on the drop down box and select a larger range back. This range goes up to 90 days back in your history.

Once the order that you would like more information about is found, simply click on the order number and the details of your order will be shown.

Near the middle of the summary will be a notation regarding the order's current status. The status is updated frequently, so you are able to check several times in a day to see the order go through the various stages of processing.

are ever any questions regarding an order's status that are
not answered within the Order Status page, orders can be checked
by a customer service representative by calling 1-888-289-4277.
